A rare, late-17th century oak sidetable with an unusual front-to-back middle stretcher & secret frieze drawer

The plank top in two sections faced with a solid moulded edge. The shaped frieze fitted with a long secret drawer at the front. Standing on bobbin and ball turned legs joined by similarly turned front, back, and middle stretchers. On bun feet. Excellent original colour and patina. English, last quarter of the 17th century.
