The top and sides are inlaid with geometric decoration. The frieze has a dentil incised moulding, and there is a small split baluster either side of the top. The front is fitted with one long drawer above a pair of deep, double drawers, all oak lined and with later brass handles.. The iron carrying handles on the sides are original. The walnut stand is 18th century. It has baluster turned legs joined by square stretchers. Excellent original colour and patina.
