The pattern depicting a pair of love birds either side of a stylised artichoke and a pair of peacocks flanked by a pair of cypress trees.

Excellent condition, customary soft fading into browner tones of rose down both outside and inside edges of approx 4cm there is no degradation of the velvet. Generous hem of 14cm at the bottom and no damage to the textile or visible wear at the bottom so they probably hung off the floor. Generous hem of 8cm on the sides. Original header tape. Unlined. See images.
