(Repaired tears upper right affecting image, a few minor marginal repairs, occasional minor creasing). In an oak frame.

The first edition of Evans's detailed and highly decorative plan of London, extending from Islington to Lambeth and from Hyde Park to Limehouse. The map was reissued in 1798 and 1799. Darlington and Howgego, 207 (1).
